During normal circumstances, if your order was placed before Purple Panda closes, it will be delivered. If you still have not received your order, you can contact us directly and a team member will be more than happy to assist you.
If you did not receive your order after the expected delivery date then we will contact Canada post to help track your order, however any order
lost in the mail is not our responsiblity as once it is shipped at Canada post it is out of our hands, but we will try our best to help
you locate the package.
All local same day delivery orders under $60 will have a minimum charge of $10 delivery fee, over $60 delivery charge will be free
